Westwinds is just that a community church located in the heart of Jackson, MI and its always doing some amazing things. You might ask why this church gets our stamp of approval in stead of any other and we can tell you why...it's our church :)
To Write Love on Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery.
Help-Portarit is a community of photographers, coming together across the world, to use their photography skills to give back to their local community. On or around, December 12th, photographers around the world will be grabbing their cameras, finding people in need, and taking their picture.
We have been very blessed and feel like giving back is just the right thing to do. Every year we strive to make the world a bit better place but instead of just doing this on an individual scale we decided to involve you in this as well. Below are a few charities and non-profits that every service will help support. By any means this isnt a guilt trip, its just our attempt at being socially responsible and we thought we would let you know about the good work you were doing too :)
